Facing Issues with an Old, Deteriorated, or Abandoned Boat

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
Summit boat owners are discovering that boat removal and disposal takes more time and effort than they realized. Shallow waters or sandbars on Norfork Lake in Summit can make boat transport very difficult. AAA Rousse’s crew handles all the dismantling: removing masts, stripping electronics and gear, and cutting the flybridge if required. Because landfills generally do not take large vessels as-is, extra steps like crushing or dismantling are required. We manage this process from start to finish, ensuring your boat is prepared and accepted without hassle. Stress-free boat removal? Leave it to us.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boats along Bull Shoals Lake are among the most common removal calls in the area. Owners at Lakeview Marina and surrounding coves deal with aging hulls, storm damage, and vessels that have sat idle for years. Whether a pontoon has taken on water or a motorboat engine has seized, AAA Rousse crews are equipped to extract and dispose of vessels from the lake shore and beyond.
Further out, waterlogged vessels on the Buffalo River and sunken craft near the White River corridor add to the region's removal workload. Seasonal flooding near Bull Shoals Dam can leave boats stranded in difficult spots, and Summit residents also call for help hauling derelict boats from private property. AAA Rousse handles every scenario with the right equipment and a signed liability release.
