By scheduling a service, visiting our website, or contacting us, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms are legally binding and apply to all users of our services, including but not limited to customers, visitors, and partners. Additional terms may apply to certain services and will be disclosed before those services are provided.
2. Services
Our company offers removal and hauling of unwanted items from residential, commercial, and outdoor properties. We may also offer demolition of non-permitted structures such as sheds, playsets, and above-ground pools, subject to local regulations. Services are performed in accordance with applicable local laws and disposal standards.
We do not offer:
- Cleaning or janitorial services
- Yard waste collection
- Hazardous materials removal (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, biohazards)
- Licensed structural demolition
- Pest control
- Free services of any kind
Each service is assessed individually. We reserve the right to decline any job that poses safety risks, includes prohibited items, or falls outside the scope of our capabilities.
We also reserve the right to make minor adjustments to our services to ensure safe and legal operation. The final scope of work will be defined and agreed upon before the service begins.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and location. You may request a quote online, by phone, or in person. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted upon on-site inspection.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to be present at the scheduled time, may result in a cancellation fee.
We are not responsible for delays or rescheduling due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic disruptions, or site inaccessibility.
4. Property Access and Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and timely access to the property where the service is requested. If the items are inside a structure, you must provide clear paths and entry. Driveways and other areas where vehicles or equipment may be placed must be accessible and structurally sound.
Our team will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage; however, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural instability, or failure to disclose relevant site issues in advance.
Clients must disclose the presence of any materials or items that could pose a hazard to our team.
5. Pricing and Payment
All services are priced based on volume, labor, access difficulty, disposal fees, and other relevant factors. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins. If additional work is requested during the job, it may result in additional charges.
Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment options. We do not accept personal checks unless previously authorized.
Failure to make full payment may result in additional fees, suspension of future service, and referral to collections if necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” While we strive to complete all jobs professionally and safely, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:
- Delays or cancellations
- Limitations in disposal facilities
- Acts of third parties
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
- Site hazards not disclosed in advance
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific job.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or communicating directly with clients. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
