Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal

Disposing of old boats near Lake Keomah in Keswick can be a real headache. Heavy restrictions on where many larger boats can be taken. Our team takes down the mast, removes the boat’s equipment and electronics, and cuts off the flybridge if needed. Landfills typically won’t accept larger vessels unless they’ve been crushed or demolished. With AAA Rousse, you can relax - we’ll manage it all.

Common Boat Removal Scenarios

Boat removal around this part of Keokuk County often starts at Lake Keomah State Park, where owners abandon aging pontoons and fishing boats after a season too many. The Lake Keomah boat ramp and nearby shore access points see neglected hulls left in shallow water or beached on the grass. English River corridors also collect forgotten vessels after seasonal floods shift boats well off their original moorings.

Landlocked removals are just as common, with old fishing boats sitting behind rural acreages along the English River bottomlands for years. Storage lots near Sigourney draw abandoned trailers and watercraft that owners simply stop claiming after titles lapse or registrations expire. Our crews handle each of these situations from Keswick outward, cutting through red tape so owners, estates, and property managers can move on without hassle.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used AAA Rousse Junk Removal to help clean out items from our fathers place after he passed away. We were on a limited schedule (we live out of state) and the staff was more than accommodating. After the initial pickup was completed we decided we had more to get rid of and they were able to come the same day. Great service and fair pricing. Great to work with!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! Thank you so much AAA and Jennine, we could have NEVER done it without you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AAA Roussee is the BEST company ever!!! I hired them to help my friend who had a major problem with bed bugs in Miami. We had the place exterminated, but bed bugs are almost impossible to get rid of totally unless all fabric furniture and rugs, etc. are disposed of. My friend is VERY stubborn and would not agree to let them take the expensive rug and other furniture, he just wasn't grasping the importance of that. The pickup guy, Corey, was able to convince him to let go of ALL necessary items, Corey has such a wonderful way about him, I called him "The Bug Whisperer"... my friend fully cooperated, got rid of everything, we will have one last followup extermination check and now there is hope to totally resolve this HORRIBLE problem. This company is the BEST!!!!! Also, Robert, who I set everything up with, is such a great guy... he took a personal interest on the phone and made us understand the severity of the problem and what needed to be done, he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!!! If he had not bothered to listen and discuss and truly advise and help this never would have been resolved. Thank you Robert and Corey!!!!!! Do not bother with any other company!!! These people are caring and honest and get the job done thoroughly and quickly.
