Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
Disposing of an aging boat in Plainview along South Broadway often becomes challenging. Lead paint and other toxic materials require special handling. Our crew dismantles the mast, removes all equipment and electronics from the vessel, and, if necessary, detaches the fly bridge. Landfills generally can’t take larger vessels unless they’re first crushed or demolished. Sit back and let the AAA Rousse team handle it all.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal around Plainview often starts with watercraft left too long at Zumbro Lake access points or on private land near the Whitewater River corridor. Owners dealing with flooded storage near the Rochester Road area frequently call us when a vessel becomes immovable. Deteriorating hulls and lapsed registrations make professional extraction the only safe option.
Situations also arise at the Wabasha County Fairgrounds storage lots, where trailered boats sit forgotten after seasons of disuse. Vessels near the Zumbro Valley bluffs sometimes require winch recovery due to steep terrain. Whether a pontoon has sunk at a private dock or a fishing boat is stranded at the Millpond area boat landing, our crew handles the full haul and eco conscious disposal.
