Facing Issues with an Old, Deteriorated, or Abandoned Boat

Our Sedan boat removal crews know how to handle all types of vessels of every size. State or county orders for removal often have deadlines. Professional boat removal services can provide proof of compliance to avoid fines. The process of boat removal is often lengthened by towing complexities, disposal requirements, and municipal regulations, especially on routes like Chippewa County Line Road.

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal

Getting rid of a boat in Sedan that's seen better days can be a real struggle, particularly when it has been sitting at one of the area's Swift County storage yards. Unstable boat hulls create safety hazards during transport. Our AAA Rousse Team will take down the masts, remove all gear and electronics, and, when necessary, detach the flybridge. Bigger boats usually need a little extra work, like crushing or demolition, before a landfill will accept them. We handle that step carefully, making sure it’s done the right way for both you and the environment. Let AAA Rousse professionals handle it all.

Common Boat Removal Scenarios

Boat removal around Sedan often starts at Brophy Lake or the public access points along Lake Koronis, where owners abandon watercraft after a season ends and storage plans fall through. Vessels left too long at these sites deteriorate quickly, and owners call us when county notices arrive or when the dock operator demands the slip cleared before ice forms.

Inland waterways like the Chippewa River draw seasonal boaters who sometimes leave behind damaged or unregistered hulls after flooding or a rough summer. Removal crews also respond to calls from farmstead storage near the Brophy Lake public access road, where old pontoons and jon boats sit on trailers that have not moved in years, posing safety and compliance concerns.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used AAA Rousse Junk Removal to help clean out items from our fathers place after he passed away. We were on a limited schedule (we live out of state) and the staff was more than accommodating. After the initial pickup was completed we decided we had more to get rid of and they were able to come the same day. Great service and fair pricing. Great to work with!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! Thank you so much AAA and Jennine, we could have NEVER done it without you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AAA Roussee is the BEST company ever!!! I hired them to help my friend who had a major problem with bed bugs in Miami. We had the place exterminated, but bed bugs are almost impossible to get rid of totally unless all fabric furniture and rugs, etc. are disposed of. My friend is VERY stubborn and would not agree to let them take the expensive rug and other furniture, he just wasn't grasping the importance of that. The pickup guy, Corey, was able to convince him to let go of ALL necessary items, Corey has such a wonderful way about him, I called him "The Bug Whisperer"... my friend fully cooperated, got rid of everything, we will have one last followup extermination check and now there is hope to totally resolve this HORRIBLE problem. This company is the BEST!!!!! Also, Robert, who I set everything up with, is such a great guy... he took a personal interest on the phone and made us understand the severity of the problem and what needed to be done, he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!!! If he had not bothered to listen and discuss and truly advise and help this never would have been resolved. Thank you Robert and Corey!!!!!! Do not bother with any other company!!! These people are caring and honest and get the job done thoroughly and quickly.
