Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
You might think it's easy, but removing a boat in Bath near the Steuben County Fairgrounds can be tricky. Limited disposal sites are always a problem. Our crew dismantles the mast, removes all equipment and electronics from the vessel, and, if necessary, detaches the fly bridge. Because landfills don’t accept most large vessels in one piece, some prep work is required. We manage the entire process for you, so your boat is ready for disposal without any hassle. Boat removal made simple.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removals in Bath most often start with neglected vessels left at Haverling Field area storage lots or trailered rigs sitting idle near the Hammondsport boat launch on Keuka Lake's southern end. Owners upgrading to newer models frequently need aging aluminum fishing boats and deteriorating pontoons hauled away before the next season opens on Waneta Lake.
Flood events along the Canisteo River periodically leave partially submerged hulls on private land and municipal banks, creating urgent recovery calls. Storage yards near the Steuben County Fairgrounds also generate steady work as long forgotten boats accumulate unpaid fees and owners seek a fully documented, licensed removal to close out their liability for good.
