Facing Issues with an Old, Deteriorated, or Abandoned Boat

Professional marine crews are essential for proper vessel removal anywhere in Fairview Beach, including tight access points along Colonial Beach Road. Neglected boats can leak gas, oil, or sewage. Professional removal ensures hazardous materials are contained and disposed of according to environmental laws. Local rules, disposal regulations, and towing logistics often stand in the way of quick boat removal.

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal

The reality is that boat removal is often much tougher than it seems for Fairview Beach area residents, especially for hulls pulled from Potomac Creek. Some older vessels often contain asbestos insulation. Our Teams take off the masts, clear out the boat’s gear and electronics and cut off the flybridge if needed. Larger boats usually need to be crushed or demolished before a landfill will take them - and our team takes care of that process. You just sit back - AAA Rousse takes care of the rest.

Common Boat Removal Scenarios

Boat removal needs near Fairview Beach most often begin with vessels left to deteriorate along the Potomac shoreline or at private waterfront lots just off Route 218. Owners selling property near the Barnesfield Road corridor frequently discover abandoned runabouts or pontoons that must be pulled before closing, and storm damage along the King George shoreline pushes sunken hulls onto neighbors lots each season.

Vessels that have sat idle at Belvedere Beach or along the quieter coves of Mathias Point regularly develop fuel leaks and structural rot that make owner removal impossible without professional equipment. King George County code enforcement cases around Owens Drive and the rural storage lots along Comorn Road also generate calls, as neglected boats on trailers block drainage easements and trigger county notices requiring prompt licensed removal.

Prompt, came out same day within a few hours of calling them. They were very careful while moving the junk. Friendly. Takes all forms of payment. I plan on calling them again. Mark and Christina came the next trip to remove more junk. They were very professional, quick, worked hard, and even swept the mess left from the junk on the garage floor.

This company is excellent! Removing this old 18 ft motor home was not an easy task. It had been sitting in the same spot for 26 years so needless to say it was literally falling apart and imbedded in the ground. The 2 men who removed it were so patient and professional taking care not to tear up the yard while doing so, not to mention it was one of our hottest days. They deserve 10 stars or more in my book!

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).
