Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
Unwanted boats in Barstow near Stoddard Valley tend to be more complicated to remove than expected. Specialized cranes or barges may be required. Our team takes down the mast, removes the boat’s equipment and electronics, and cuts off the flybridge if needed. Since most landfills can’t take larger boats as they are, they need to be crushed or dismantled first. Don’t worry - our team takes care of that for you, making the whole process simple and stress-free. Relax - we’ve got it handled.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removals in Barstow most often begin at private residences along the Mojave River corridor, where owners store trailered vessels in yards or garages between desert runs. When a boat reaches end of life or a sale falls through, our crew is called to properties near the Yermo Road area, handling everything from cracked fiberglass runabouts to damaged jet skis sitting on deteriorating trailers.
Some removals involve boats stored long term near San Bernardino County desert recreation zones. The Slash X Ranch area draws off road and boating enthusiasts who sometimes abandon watercraft after events. Pickups from storage situations along National Trails Highway are also common, where sun baked hulls sit forgotten on the high desert floor, far from any navigable water.
