Facing Issues with an Old, Deteriorated, or Abandoned Boat

Proper boat removal in Beecher Falls can only be done safely with the right marine team and equipment, including at the Essex County Riverside Launch. Inherited boats often come without titles or paperwork. Our boat removers understand how to legally and properly dispose of vessels in these situations. The combination of towing, disposal, and local regulatory issues can cause delays.

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal

Disposing of an aging boat in Beecher Falls, including those pulled from Averill Lake, often becomes challenging. Lead paint and other toxic materials require special handling. Our crew dismantles the mast, removes all equipment and electronics from the vessel, and, if necessary, detaches the fly bridge. Landfills generally can’t take larger vessels unless they’re first crushed or demolished. Sit back and let the AAA Rousse team handle it all.

Common Boat Removal Scenarios

Boat removal near Beecher Falls most often involves vessels left along the upper Connecticut River corridor, where seasonal ice and spring flooding push neglected hulls onto banks or lodge them against bridge pilings. Owners also call us when a boat stored at Norton Pond or near Lake Wallace has sat long enough to become a liability, sinking partly into soft shoreline and making standard trailering impossible without specialized equipment.

A second common scenario involves inherited or abandoned boats discovered on private land bordering the Nulhegan Basin, where landowners have no paperwork and no clear plan for legal disposal. We also respond to calls from camps around Maidstone Lake, where aging aluminum fishing boats and small pontoons are left on shore or on rotting lifts at the end of the season and never retrieved, creating Essex County compliance concerns.

Prompt, came out same day within a few hours of calling them. They were very careful while moving the junk. Friendly. Takes all forms of payment. I plan on calling them again. Mark and Christina came the next trip to remove more junk. They were very professional, quick, worked hard, and even swept the mess left from the junk on the garage floor.

This company is excellent! Removing this old 18 ft motor home was not an easy task. It had been sitting in the same spot for 26 years so needless to say it was literally falling apart and imbedded in the ground. The 2 men who removed it were so patient and professional taking care not to tear up the yard while doing so, not to mention it was one of our hottest days. They deserve 10 stars or more in my book!

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).
