Facing Issues with an Old, Deteriorated, or Abandoned Boat
Boat removal services in Bloomfield must be carried out by professionals to be done right. Boats with seized engines are heavy and difficult to transport near Soap Creek. Professionals use winches, cranes, and tow rigs to remove them safely. Strict local ordinances, difficult towing arrangements, and disposal laws can slow removal efforts.

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
Bloomfield boat owners are discovering that boat removal and disposal takes more time and effort than they realized. Shallow waters or sandbars near the Davis County Fairgrounds area in Bloomfield can make boat transport very difficult. AAA Rousse’s crew handles all the dismantling: removing masts, stripping electronics and gear, and cutting the flybridge if required. Because landfills generally do not take large vessels as-is, extra steps like crushing or dismantling are required. We manage this process from start to finish, ensuring your boat is prepared and accepted without hassle. Stress-free boat removal? Leave it to us.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal in this area often starts at Lake Wapello, where aging pontoons and motorboats left at the state park boat ramp become a disposal challenge. Owners hauling vessels off Fox Creek face soft banks and limited trailer access. Whether a hull has been sitting on a rural property or tied to a dock along Soap Creek, our crews handle the full extraction and haul out.
Storm damage and engine failure leave many boats stranded along Sugar Creek and its tributaries, requiring winch work and specialty rigging before transport can begin. Bloomfield properties with landlocked vessels — stored behind barns or beside grain bins near the Davis County Fairgrounds — present a different set of access problems our team navigates routinely. From waterway recoveries to overland hauls, every removal scenario is covered.
