Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
The process of getting rid of a junk boat near Dexter Marsh in Dexter is often more challenging than it first appears. Boats partially sunk are extremely difficult to lift, float, and tow. Our work also includes removing masts, stripping out electronics, and, if necessary, reducing the flybridge. Larger vessels often require demolition or crushing before they can be disposed of at a landfill. We take care of this step for you, making the entire removal and disposal process smooth and stress-free. AAA Rousse - we do it all, so you don’t have to.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Many boat owners in this area need removal after vessels are left sitting too long at Perch Lake boat launch or moored along the St. Lawrence River near Carleton Island. Storms and freeze thaw cycles cause significant hull damage every season, leaving owners with sunken or stranded boats that require professional extraction from the water or shoreline.
Aging docks at Limerick and deteriorating slips along the eastern shore of Lake Ontario also create removal calls when waterlogged hulls can no longer be moved by their owners alone. Dexter crews are experienced pulling wrecked vessels from tight dock configurations and overgrown inland inlets where standard trailers cannot reach.
