Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
Unwanted boats in Dodson near the Highland County Fairgrounds tend to be more complicated to remove than expected. Specialized cranes or barges may be required. Our team takes down the mast, removes the boat’s equipment and electronics, and cuts off the flybridge if needed. Since most landfills can’t take larger boats as they are, they need to be crushed or dismantled first. Don’t worry - our team takes care of that for you, making the whole process simple and stress-free. Relax - we’ve got it handled.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Common boat removal situations in Dodson often involve watercraft left unattended along Rattlesnake Creek after seasonal flooding or found adrift near the shores of Lake Lorelei. Vessels abandoned during winter months frequently become safety hazards as water levels rise in spring. Our team coordinates prompt removal to protect local waterways, wildlife, and neighboring property owners throughout Highland County.
Additional removal calls come from property owners along New Vienna Road whose lots border low lying waterways where boats wash ashore during heavy rains. Recovered vessels are transported securely and, when no owner is located, processed through a licensed facility. Our crew handles everything from small jon boats to larger fiberglass hulls, keeping the region's waterways clear and accessible year round.
