Facing Issues with an Old, Deteriorated, or Abandoned Boat

Handling neglected boats in Flute Springs near the Vian Landing ramp requires skilled crews to ensure safe disposal. Burned-out hulls may collapse if moved improperly. Removal experts know how to dismantle and transport fire-damaged vessels safely. In many cases, towing logistics, disposal regulations, and local ordinances cause delays in removing boats.

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal

Old boat disposal in Flute Springs often proves frustrating. There is usually limited access to docks or marinas for removal equipment, especially at Tenkiller Ferry Lake. Our AAA Rousse marine team handles mast removal, gear and electronics stripping, and flybridge cutting when required. Most landfills won’t accept larger vessels in one piece, which means they need to be crushed or demolished first. Our crews handle the entire process safely and efficiently, so you don’t have to worry about the details. Sit back, AAA Rousse has it covered.

Common Boat Removal Scenarios

Boat removal calls around Flute Springs often start at the Sallisaw Creek access points, where aging vessels have sunk into shallow water or become stranded on exposed banks. Owners pulling deteriorated fishing boats from the Canadian River corridor or leaving motorboats at Dwight Mission boat ramp face overgrown sites and limited turnaround space that make a professional crew essential.

Further east, pontoon boats left at Webbers Falls Pool marinas and deteriorating hulls stored near the Arkansas River navigation channel create disposal challenges due to lock and dam access restrictions. Crews also regularly recover vessels abandoned at Tenkiller State Park launch facilities, where steep ramp grades and fluctuating water levels demand specialized rigging and transport equipment.

Prompt, came out same day within a few hours of calling them. They were very careful while moving the junk. Friendly. Takes all forms of payment. I plan on calling them again. Mark and Christina came the next trip to remove more junk. They were very professional, quick, worked hard, and even swept the mess left from the junk on the garage floor.

This company is excellent! Removing this old 18 ft motor home was not an easy task. It had been sitting in the same spot for 26 years so needless to say it was literally falling apart and imbedded in the ground. The 2 men who removed it were so patient and professional taking care not to tear up the yard while doing so, not to mention it was one of our hottest days. They deserve 10 stars or more in my book!

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).
