Facing Issues with an Old, Deteriorated, or Abandoned Boat

Removing an old or damaged boat in Holderness requires more than an unskilled workforce. It requires professionals. Boats taking up space in Pinehurst yards or parking lots are difficult to move without damage. Crews use proper trailers and equipment to remove them efficiently. Local restrictions, complicated towing, and strict disposal procedures can hold up the process.

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal

In Holderness, boat removal for older vessels near the Science Center of New Hampshire usually isn't quick or easy. Boats left in backyards can be hard to extract without damaging property. The AAA Rousse crew will take down the mast, clear off the gear and electronics, and cut off the flybridge if we have to, to get the job done. Bigger boats usually need a little extra work, like crushing or demolition, before a landfill will accept them. We handle all of that on your behalf, so you can relax knowing everything’s being done the right way. We do the hard work and you enjoy the ease.

Common Boat Removal Scenarios

Boat removal calls in this area frequently begin at Squam Lake, where aging hulls are found tied to private docks or partially sunk near the shoreline after years of neglect. The public ramp off Route 3 at Holderness Beach sees seasonal congestion that leaves abandoned trailers and watercraft behind, creating removal jobs that require careful coordination with town officials and water access planning.

Further south, vessels left near the Little Squam Lake access area become removal priorities as ice out season exposes winter damage to hulls that owners no longer want to repair. Websters Slide Road provides one of the few land routes close enough to reach boats stored informally along the water, and our crew regularly navigates that corridor to extract pontoons and motorboats before warm season recreation picks up.

Prompt, came out same day within a few hours of calling them. They were very careful while moving the junk. Friendly. Takes all forms of payment. I plan on calling them again. Mark and Christina came the next trip to remove more junk. They were very professional, quick, worked hard, and even swept the mess left from the junk on the garage floor.

This company is excellent! Removing this old 18 ft motor home was not an easy task. It had been sitting in the same spot for 26 years so needless to say it was literally falling apart and imbedded in the ground. The 2 men who removed it were so patient and professional taking care not to tear up the yard while doing so, not to mention it was one of our hottest days. They deserve 10 stars or more in my book!

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).
