Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
Removing a worn-out boat near Lost Lake in Leslie is rarely quick or simple. Rotting hulls fall apart during the removal process. Our crews dismantle masts, clear the boat of gear and electronics, and remove the flybridge if required. Since most landfills can’t take larger boats as they are, they need to be crushed or dismantled first. Our team takes care of this for you safely and responsibly, so the process is simple, stress-free and environmentally sound. No stress, just AAA Rousse.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal calls in Leslie most often involve vessels left at the Tompkins Township boat launch on the Grand River or sitting neglected on rural properties near Onondaga Township. Owners dealing with storm damage, failed sales, or estate settlements typically need a full haul out, title clearance, and documented disposal to satisfy local codes and avoid ongoing storage fees.
Waterlogged hulls pulled from Lake Aurelius or beached along the shores of Crego Lake often require partial dismantling before they can be trailered safely off the property. Pontoon frames, rotted fiberglass runabouts, and abandoned fishing boats near the Ingham Conservation District wetland corridors make up a steady share of our Ingham County removal workload each season.
