Facing Issues with an Old, Deteriorated, or Abandoned Boat

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal

In Pottery Addition, the process of boat removal can turn out to be unexpectedly difficult. Many marinas or property owners want old boats removed quickly, but the process often takes longer than expected due to weather, time sensitivity, towing restrictions, and more — including access routes to the Jefferson County Boat Launch. Our crews remove masts, strip the boat of its gear and electronics, and cut off the flybridge if necessary. Larger vessels can’t go to a landfill unless we crush or demolish them. Let the AAA Rousse do all the work for you.

Common Boat Removal Scenarios

Boat removal along the Ohio River corridor near Pottery Addition often begins when vessels moored at Mingo Junction Riverfront tie ups are abandoned after a season or two. Owners who stored runabouts or jon boats near the Steubenville Municipal Ramp frequently find the hulls too deteriorated to trailer out, requiring professional extraction from the water before transport can begin.

Inland removals are equally common, with flat bottomed fishing boats left behind storage sheds near Sinclair Hollow Road or sinking into soft ground after years of neglect. Pontoons pulled from Cross Creek tributaries and deck boats left on cracked trailers in backyards across Pottery Addition round out the calls our crews handle most, requiring both equipment and local road knowledge to complete safely.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! Thank you so much AAA and Jennine, we could have NEVER done it without you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough about how helpful Janine and her crew from AAARousse were in disposing of a catamaran on our property. When they realized it wasn’t on a trailer, they cut it up manually. And it was all done in one day. I called the office this morning and by afternoon it was gone. Thanks so much!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would definitely recommend AAA Rousse Junk Removal. Stephanie was so helpful in finding the right crew who would come out to our remote location to remove furniture and appliances from our camp. She kept in contact and organized everything from beginning to end. Thanks to Colby and crew for driving the almost 2 hrs and the great job in clearing out all the stuff!
