Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal calls in this part of Alabama often start at the Sucarnoochee River, where vessels become stranded in shallow bends or tangled in fallen timber after seasonal flooding. Owners who launched at the Coffeeville Lock and Dam area sometimes find their craft too damaged to trailer out. Abandoned aluminum fishing boats left along Beaver Creek tributaries are another frequent call for our crews.
Storage situations are just as common as water recoveries in Putnam. Pontoons and jon boats left for years on rural property off Marengo Road often sink into soft ground, making a standard trailer pickup impossible.
