Common Boat Removal Scenarios

In Rockbridge, abandoned and derelict boats most often surface along Rush Creek after seasonal flooding pushes unregistered vessels downstream onto private and public shorelines. Owners near Hocking Hills State Park sometimes store watercraft on adjacent land without permits, and when those boats deteriorate, Hocking County coordinates removal to protect natural waterways and surrounding wildlife habitat from fuel and debris contamination.

Boats left at the Sells Park Boat Launch without valid registration tags are another frequent concern, as trailers and hulls can block access for other users for weeks at a time. Near the historic Buckeye Furnace corridor, neglected flatboats and aluminum fishing vessels are occasionally found grounded on creek banks, requiring coordinated towing and disposal arranged through the county solid waste and waterways program.

Prompt, came out same day within a few hours of calling them. They were very careful while moving the junk. Friendly. Takes all forms of payment. I plan on calling them again. Mark and Christina came the next trip to remove more junk. They were very professional, quick, worked hard, and even swept the mess left from the junk on the garage floor.

This company is excellent! Removing this old 18 ft motor home was not an easy task. It had been sitting in the same spot for 26 years so needless to say it was literally falling apart and imbedded in the ground. The 2 men who removed it were so patient and professional taking care not to tear up the yard while doing so, not to mention it was one of our hottest days. They deserve 10 stars or more in my book!

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).
