Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
The process of getting rid of a junk boat in Rosemount near Pond Run is often more challenging than it first appears. Boats partially sunk are extremely difficult to lift, float, and tow. Our work also includes removing masts, stripping out electronics, and, if necessary, reducing the flybridge. Larger vessels often require demolition or crushing before they can be disposed of at a landfill. We take care of this step for you, making the entire removal and disposal process smooth and stress-free. AAA Rousse - we do it all, so you don’t have to.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal along the lower Scioto River corridor is one of the most common requests we handle near Rosemount. Vessels that have been sitting at McKinley Landing or beached along the floodplain off Rushtown Road often deteriorate fast, leaving owners scrambling for a compliant solution. Waterlogged hulls, sunken transoms, and cracked fiberglass make these recoveries technical jobs that demand proper equipment and experience.
Storage related removals are equally frequent, with owners clearing out boats that have been sitting behind properties in the Haverhill area or staged near the Friendship access points along US 52. Trailers that have seized to the ground and hulls that have settled into soft soil require winching and stabilization before any haul can begin. Our crews handle the full process from rigging to final disposal, no matter the condition.
