Professional Boat Removal and Disposal in Salem, MA
Salem, MA has a deep maritime identity shaped by Salem Harbor, the historic Derby Wharf area, and its proximity to the open waters of Massachusetts Bay. AAA Rousse handles boat removal throughout Salem, clearing damaged, abandoned, or unwanted vessels from waterfront properties, marina slips, and residential storage areas so local owners can move forward without the burden of an old boat.
AAA Rousse Boat Removal, Salem, MA
Are you looking for AAA Rousse boat removal to dispose of an unwanted boat that is cluttering up expensive Pickering Wharf marina space, taking up room in storage, or simply sitting where it doesn't belong and needs safe disposal?
Did you trust a so-called boat disposal service, only to learn your boat was never actually disposed of? Unlike unreliable operators, our boat removers provide you with a signed liability release so you know your boat is gone for good. Safely and legally. In Salem, the AAA Rousse marine team hauls away unwanted boats, including partially submerged vessels, from marinas, lots, storage areas, and the water near Collins Cove.
Our specialists always provide quick and safe removal from boats of any size, including sinking houseboats to unused pontoon boats. Salem has relied on our boat removal service for salvage and recovery since 2006, and we continue to grow stronger annually, serving vessels as far as Winter Island.

Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
Removing an old boat in Salem often turns out to be more complicated than expected, especially for hulls staged at Kernwood Marina. Boats may contain fuel, oil, and chemicals that must be drained. The AAA Rousse crew will take down the mast, clear off the gear and electronics, and cut off the flybridge if we have to, to get the job done. The majority of larger vessels are not permitted in landfills unless they undergo crushing or demolition. Trust the AAA Rousse professionals to take care of everything.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal around the South River and Willows Park boat launch is one of the most common calls we receive, with owners abandoning aging vessels after the season ends. Trailers rust out, registrations lapse, and boats become too costly to maintain. Removals from these launch areas require careful coordination to avoid blocking public ramp access during busy weekend hours.
Further along the shoreline, derelict boats near Crowninshield Island and the Palmer Cove area present their own removal challenges. Shallow drafts, tidal fluctuation, and limited road access can complicate haul outs in Salem. Our crew plans each job around tidal windows and brings the right equipment to recover vessels that have been sitting in these exposed coastal spots for years.
