Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
You might think it's easy, but removing a boat in Summer Set near River Scene Acres can be tricky. Limited disposal sites are always a problem. Our crew dismantles the mast, removes all equipment and electronics from the vessel, and, if necessary, detaches the fly bridge. Because landfills don’t accept most large vessels in one piece, some prep work is required. We manage the entire process for you, so your boat is ready for disposal without any hassle. Boat removal made simple.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal around Summer Set often starts at the Big River Access boat launch, where aging hulls are left tied off after owners lose interest in costly upkeep. Jefferson Lake and the coves feeding into it see similar situations, with waterlogged fishing boats and pontoons that have settled into soft bottoms and need professional extraction before they become environmental hazards.
Dry storage yards near Horine Road fill up with vessels whose owners have moved on, leaving titles and trailers behind. Crews also respond frequently to private land along the Meramec River corridor, where flood debris and storm damaged boats require dismantling and eco conscious disposal before the next high water season arrives.
