Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal requests around Timberlake often start with vessels that have sat too long at public ramps along the Grand River or in waterfront lots near Headlands Beach State Park. Owners discover title issues, storm damage, or simple neglect after years of storage. Sunken or semi floating hulls in those areas require a licensed crew with the right equipment to pull them safely without violating state waterway rules.
A second common scenario involves boats left on trailers at Mentor Lagoons or tucked behind homes along the bluffs overlooking the lake. Weight, tight access, and proximity to sensitive shoreline habitat make these removals more involved than a standard driveway pickup. Our crew coordinates with local authorities and handles all disposal paperwork so owners can close the chapter without dealing with fines or follow up inspections.
