Safe and Responsible Boat Disposal
Removing a worn-out boat in Xenia near the Little Wabash Marina is rarely quick or simple. Rotting hulls fall apart during the removal process. Our crews dismantle masts, clear the boat of gear and electronics, and remove the flybridge if required. Since most landfills can’t take larger boats as they are, they need to be crushed or dismantled first. Our team takes care of this for you safely and responsibly, so the process is simple, stress-free and environmentally sound. No stress, just AAA Rousse.
Common Boat Removal Scenarios
Boat removal calls in this part of Clay County most often involve vessels left on the banks of the Little Wabash River or beached near the Skillet Fork after seasonal flooding pushes hulls off their moorings. Owners also call when pontoons and johnboats sit idle for seasons at the Xenia boat launch, deteriorating past the point of safe operation or legal registration.
Storage lots near Route 50 generate steady removal work as inherited or abandoned craft pile up with expired titles, and private landowners need them cleared before property transfers. Sunken or partially submerged boats recovered from the Little Wabash River backwaters and the low water stretches near Skillet Fork require our rigging and crane equipment to extract safely before transport.
