I was very satisfied with my refuse removal on 4/4/18. Stephanie and crew were very professional and arrived within the time frame given. I was also given updates on their location and arrival. The contents of my home were removed quickly and with no damage to the home. Stephanie also worked within my budget to have the contents fully removed. Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. I had a very heavy, bulky item and they handled it with no problem. Bobby was amazing, polite and efficient. Thanks Bobbie. Great company. I highly recommend this company to have anything removed from your home.

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

This was a BIG job with BIG items of all types in a garage and house. Stephanie and her assistant did a very impressive job and I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again. Prompt, efficient, on time and at her original estimated cost. I just love people who do what they say they are going to do and when they plan to do it. Again, I'm very impressed.
