Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

The price was Absolute fair and my mother of all.messes was wiped away which would've taken me decades on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the final transactions. AAA Roussee is the BEST company ever!!! I hired them to help my friend who had a major problem with bed bugs in Miami. We had the place exterminated, but bed bugs are almost impossible to get rid of totally unless all fabric furniture and rugs, etc. are disposed of. My friend is VERY stubborn and would not agree to let them take the expensive rug and other furniture, he just wasn't grasping the importance of that. The pickup guy, Corey, was able to convince him to let go of ALL necessary items, Corey has such a wonderful way about him, I called him "The Bug Whisperer"... my friend fully cooperated, got rid of everything, we will have one last followup extermination check and now there is hope to totally resolve this HORRIBLE problem. This company is the BEST!!!!! Also, Robert, who I set everything up with, is such a great guy... he took a personal interest on the phone and made us understand the severity of the problem and what needed to be done, he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!!! If he had not bothered to listen and discuss and truly advise and help this never would have been resolved. Thank you Robert and Corey!!!!!! Do not bother with any other company!!! These people are caring and honest and get the job done thoroughly and quickly.
