Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. I was cleaning out a family member's house that bordered on being a hoarder. I called AAA Rousse and they were able to promptly meet my junk hauling needs on two separate occasions. The men providing the service were friendly and professional. They definitely made the process easy.

AAA Rousse was very helpful, fair, and accommodating with the amount of junk we needed to remove in such short time. In a little over one day, they were able to help clean out two 10'x20' storage units full of broken furniture and random junk which made my mother extremely happy. Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Bobby was amazing and efficient! We had a 1000sq ft Condo that would have needed a HAZMAT Team, but he completed the job on time and at the stated price.

John handled a scheduling issue (NOT his fault!) for me wonderfully, as I had driven almost 3 hours to get to the storage unit, great price, great help to me, he is SO nice and polite, and thank you again!

They came in a single day 2 times an were polite courtesy and extremely effective and efficient. The price was Absolute fair and my mother of all.messes was wiped away which would've taken me decades on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the final transactions. Im.certainly satisfied with he quality they provided.
