Junk Removal in Foster City California

Needed to get a junk boat removed. Was a very stressful time I am a senior and never had to do something like this before. Stephanie took care of all my concerns. Haven't seen that level of service in a long time. Thanks Stephanie!!! Robert you have a jewel in that girl.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. By the way, I assisted the whole time and don't think it would have gotten done without a third hand. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality Services Hazardous waste removal & disposal

This company definitely deserves 5 Stars! From my experience with them, they are very engaged in customer satisfaction. They were willing to work quickly and professionally to meet my needs. Mark removed contents from a shed for me with such efficiency and cleanliness even following up with before and after pictures. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and it shows. Professional and Prompt Service. I called and gave a good detail of what I needed to be picked up and removed. Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.
